Mitsubishi 2512 LXP Laser Cell

This laser system is capable of cutting cold-rolled steel (thickness up to 1/2 inch), stainless steel (thickness to 1/4 inch), aluminum (thickness to 1/8"), and a variety of other materials.  This 3000W laser system allows for unlimited flexibility in shapes and sized with tight tolerances.  Together with its automatic material shuttle system, this translates into a better product for our customers at a reasonable cost.

 

In addition to the above system, our sheet metal department features the following equipment:

Stainless Steel Enclosures

This is an example of the type of custom enclosure that can be fabricated by Highland Machine.  These particular enclosures are fully-welded stainless steel with a #4 brushed finish.  Each box is built to individual customer specifications, fully assembled, then carefully wrapped and packaged for shipping to the customer site.

Powder-Coated Enclosures

This enclosure stands approximately 84-inches high by 36-inches wide by 24-inches deep.    It is constructed of cold-rolled steel (various thicknesses ranging from 7 GA to 18 GA).  This unit features a recessed three point latching system, integrated air filtering system, and a removable front door.  The entire unit is fabricated, powder-coated, and assembled at Highland Machine and then crated for shipment to our customer.
