At Highland Machine, we realize that no matter how good the products, or how timely the deliveries, good service is what the customer will remember.  We believe that excellent customer service is essential to making our customers happy.  To that end, we pledge the following:

A live person at the end of the telephone!

We may be a little old-fashioned about this, but we just don't believe in voice mail.   How many times have you needed to talk to someone about a problem, only to be dumped into someone's voice mailbox?  It won't happen here!  Every call is handled by an honest-to-goodness live person.  If the person you need is busy, we will bump the call up to the next level - straight to the president if need be.  We believe all calls are important and they will be treated as such.

Flexible ordering

Do you prefer to call your orders to a sales representative?  Or perhaps you would rather submit a purchase order by fax, mail or email.  It doesn't matter to us - we will handle your order in the manner most convenient to you.  Further, every order will be promptly acknowledged (usually by fax) so that you are assured that your order was properly received and processed.

Honest status reports

If you don't hear from us concerning the status of your order - don't worry.  If you don't hear from us that means that everything is on, or ahead of, schedule.  We believe in being up front with our customers - if we have a problem that will affect the delivery of an order, we will call as soon as the problem arises.  We don't believe in giving our customers any last minute surprises.

Quality products, on-time deliveries, and professional, courteous service - that's what Highland Machine is all about!
